Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays, UAE public holidays, or during unforeseen operational delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available). Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Multiple Shipments

As a dropshipping store, products may be shipped from different fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United Arab Emirates. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations will appear during checkout.
